"Do you want to work at BT or not Iain, you slap head"- John Rawson, 27.03.02

Ah poor Rawson. I don't think people really realised what this poor soul went through. For about 5 months John "the Baptist" Rawson kept his son in for revision. People began to think he was dead.

Here is a conversation I overheard in the Rawson household when Rawson was trying to be allowed outside to see the natural light that he had not seen for weeks:

Rawson: "Father dearest may I be allowed to leave the household for some fresh air and a chance to see some friends?"

John: "No"

Rawson: "Please poppa, don't keep me in any more, I'll die up there I swear to you"

John: " Look here slap head I said NO and I mean NO because your exams are in 3 months and there is nothing that will help you more than good solid revision"

Rawson: "But.."

John: "No buts, penis whip, look do I have to spank you again?"

Rawson: "No please, maybe later"

And that was that and this poor lad had to suffer this for months only getting relief when his family were out and he could escape the jaws of the Baptist.

So don't be hard on him it wasn't his fault.
