The day before The Camping Trip and some preperations had to be done. This was in the form of shopping for food and drink. We also brought a couple of surprise items which should provide some laughs tomorrow.

Anyway there were 6 of the 11 people going to the trip present at Tesco Martlesham. They were me, hendrix, rawson, alan, all who are close to the TON Online Community and then jack and edd, not so close with the online team but who are regulars with the community football that takes place. Jay did not make it to tesco due to sleeping until 3(!) in the afternoon.

I have decided that the day would be best put across using images that were taken mainly by hendrix and a couple by myself. So here is the trip to tesco..

left| the first image of the day, hendrix calls on me, whilst am sitting a KENTs control central.. with a beachball?
center| hendrix attempts to balance on his bike in edd's drive way. This was a photo taken with just seconds until bail time.
right| edd leaves his house via the backdoor, good choice considering he did his crazy dance straight away.

left| here we see rawson, looks different, a little, maybe not, a slight improvement.. again i can't be sure.
center| it's alan everybody, he was laughing at something, i can't be sure of what it was but it must have been funny, that's alan you know.
right| jack found that being in the nappy isle was rather amusing, you wait to see some of the photos from this isle, scary stuff.

left| quality always pays, in this case paying 55p for 10 thick pork sausages was a good deal (x 3)
center| this was the normal type of nappy, this found by jack..
right| this was the abnormal nappy, the afro child nappy, found by edd. That is freaky.

left| alan think's it would be funny to get tesco value bacon, jack was not impressed.
center| rawson also thought it would be funny to get a whole chicken. This idea was abolished unlike the bacon.
right| edd takes time out to practise his checkout skills on a price checking machine.

left| myself, edd and rawson look towards something, something beautiful.. a superb offer was in site.
center| the early stages of the shopping barely covers the bottom of the granny trolly that we collected after entering the store.
right| me and eddy look at purchasing the 2 for 99p offer on tesco own coke, alan looks further down the isle to the value range.

left| jack looks at my face of disgust as alan continues to ponder over the variety of cokes on offer.
center| here you can see alan slipping in something into the trolly, did he get his way with the value.. i don't think so.
right| rawson at the point has reached meditation, he has closed his eyes and started to breathe in and out rather heavily. Where my hand can be seen is not where you think.

left| jack here shows the feeling that was shared been all of us on this day, general smugness of how good we are at shopping for camping.
center| hendrix takes part in the shopping by pointing at the trolly, soon after he was to go to the confectionary area and slip in 2 pots of tesco fizzy mix and regular mix.
right| the trolly so far, part 2. it started to fill up rather quickly as the tills were getting ever closer and time was passing us by quickly.

left| one of tesco's giant advertising boards, these can be found scattered around the store and can be easily knocked down. fun stuff.
center| the most worrying part of the shopping trip was when hendrix was caught taking photos of random old people..
right| he then caught eddy dancing with the trolly after he had managed to steal/snag/deprive rawson of it. This caused a small upset among the group.

left| the dangers of the average tesco store has been discovered here, a hammer in the alcoholic department.
center| yet again hendrix has been found taking photos of the 'older' generation.
right| and what is this, rawson has caught his eye on something in the wines and spirits section, i wonder what it could be..?

left| a bottle of rawsons retreat, sounds like his name.. hmmm
center| and its recommeded, how lovely
right| the final lot of goods, with rawsons head in the way. cheers.

Well that was the shopping day and the trip is tomorrow. There will be a full report on it so look out for it.
