The Stakeout
The original plan for the stakeout was a simple one, it was also quite pointless, strange, boring and would've
reduced us down to boys rather than the figures of masculinity we are right now. So we ditched the plan. I'm not sure
what the original plan was called as I came up with two more named 'Plan A' and 'Plan B' sometime yesterday, maybe it was just 'the plan'... I don't think it really matters. Anyway this new plan was more exciting, it had depth, it had thought, creativity, fun and laughter.. yeah, so we didn't manage that either. In the end we kind of had a hybrid of the original plan and 'Plan B', which co-incidently was similar to 'Plan A', but with less effort and more television. The first thing we decided to do, as it was a saturday night, was go to town .. ![]() UGC Cinemas, Ipswich .. and take pictures of things mainly obscured by trees (Rob). Earlier in the evening The Robe and I had enjoyed a nice BBQ and I was feeling pretty full, foolish would I have been to assume the Robe shared this feeling. For once we arrived at Cardinal Park he was straight into McDonalds like a whippet, ordering a fitting McRib avec McFlurry and then we sat observing the riff-raff out on Saturday night. Naturally the tarts were gathering in high numbers, accompanied in about a 2:3 ratio by the men in shirts that all appeared to be from the same shop. ![]() This film had quite an impressive action-packed trailer that said something about a 'fight of a lifetime', I was just expecting more. Yes, it had alot of action, but everyone seemed to die far too quickly and the storyline seemed a bit far fetched even before the Zombies arrived. I'm not really sure of Rob's views on the matter, but I reckon he might have appreciated the woman being in a red dress for the whole movie. After getting back to HQ sometime between 11 and midnight we took ourselves and some planks of wood down to the Stakeout location and set up a centre of operations. We took 5 pictures of one upstairs window in house 2, and then we just sat down, made fire and ate. This was the only successful surveillence photo we managed to get: ![]() ![]() I have therefore no choice but to confirm that James Davey lives in House 2, and thus conclude the stakeout 2002. After that we successfully made FIRE and took pictures before retiring inside to watch television. Exhibit A that shows our fire can be seen here. Written by Jay j666.16814.k00@ntlworld.com |
