Today i bring you the all-unimportant facts about my PS2 memory card. I spent at least 10 minutes looking at the memory card browser today looking at statistics of when game saves were created and last updated, all to bring you this breakdown on my memory card.

1. There are 25 files on the Playstation2 (MagicGate) 8mb memory card.

2. The files as follows:
7 Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty
1 Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3
1 Ace Combat
7 Pro Evolution Soccer
7 Gran Turismo 3
1 Grand Theft Auto 3
1 System Configuration

3. Out of the 7 MGS2 save files, 4 of them are photos, the rest are from the actual game.

4. The biggest save game file is GTA3 where only one file is used for the whole game, this is 497kb big.

5. The smallest file is the System Configuration of only 5kb in size.

6. Gran Turismo 3 was the last game played and saved at 10:19am on 23/07/02.

7. GTA 3 was the first game saved on the memory card back in late february this year.

8. The system configuration was set up on february the 5th 2002, the day the beast arrived..

9. Out of the 4 photos saved from MGS2, 3 of them are of the posters of women from FHM on the wall, 1 is of a man with loads of darts in his head named: HellRaiser.

10. Ace Combat was hired on the 7/04/02, and was also saved on the same date.

11. Pro Evolution Soccer contained 7 files, 4 of them were replay saves, 1 of a cup, 1 from the master league and the last one that contains the in game options.

12. Out of the 8'000kb (or 8mb), 5'316kb are free, meaning that out of the 25 files, 2'684kb have been used.

13. From the 7 files of the Gran Turismo 3, 1 is the GT Mode, 4 are the replays, 1 is a Ghost Car information and 1 is the license data.

14. There has never been a file deleted from the memory card, that time is still to come.

15. Tony Hawks 3 was created and last played on the 9/03/02 at 12:24:01, right at the end of jlan.

Finally, on the note of my memory card i would like to say that PS2's are better than Xbox's, therefore if you have a PS2 treat it with respect and care for it, never let it down and never replace it with another rival console. Stay with sony, stay with playstation, and laugh at the others with other machines.
