Greatest TON Personality: Kent

Why you should vote for Kent, by Randy

Most people fall into one of two camps, they either believe that the universe started when a lot of small things ran into each other and made a really big noise. Other people believe that the universe started when some kind of Deity had some spare time and fancied a laugh. I believe neither of these opinions, in my view the universe started on the 3rd of January 1986, when Kent was born.

Ryan Paul Kent or Tnek Luap Nayr as he is known to people who speak backwards was the second child of CJ Kent and Paul Kent I, carpentry services entrepreneur and respected business man. He went to Heath School where he met some people and did some stuff. One of the things he did was learn Karate which he reached Blue Belt in, he then went on to kill a bear with his own hands that was threatening an orphanage and eating poor children.

In 1993 he learnt how to play short tennis which was the start of a dazzling career, he saw off Alan on every occasion shortly before joining the Kesgrave Tennis Club. He then set off on a world tour and was offered the prestigious “International King of Tennis Award” but turned it down instead using the £1m prize to build the Ryan Paul Kent Orphanage, truly the mark of a great man.

After hearing of the precarious political situation in Tibet Kent flew immediately to the area to lead a series of peaceful demonstrations against the Chinese occupation that rivalled that of even Gandhi. The Deli Lama himself described Kent as “A great man who knows no boundaries”. He then spent two years in a Buddhist Temple in constant meditation channelling his mental energy into all the orphans in the world giving them strength through the harsh winters.

After leaving Tibet he once again turned to sport, this time football. He joined the Kesgrave Kestrels, steered them from relegation and won them the 1995-1996 season Coca Cola FA Cup. He then left the Kestrels and joined the Martlesham Colts and won the Charity Shield, donating the prize to the Ryan Paul Kent Orphanage.

In 1997 he came to our very own Kesgrave High School where I first met the great man. He then joined the school Tennis team but left in disgust when it was discovered the coach was using Orphans to work in a sweet shop. He stormed the building freeing all the little kiddies and killing twelve evil baddies, what a man.

Alan then returned from Sri Lanka where the Tamil Tigers where becoming ever more dangerous and generally unreasonable. Kent was first on the scene; he set about rescuing all the Orphans in Sri Lanka and taking them back to merry old England where he gave them all a good education and a steady life.

Kent then returned to study for his SATS exams where he excelled. It was at this point Kent proved that he was not only a bloody nice bloke and damn brave but also had a brain the size of Bournemouth. It was then that Kent was elected “Time Magazine Man of the Century” which he used to his advantage spreading the knowledge that there are so many Orphans in the world, all alone and hungry.

He then started his GCSE’s in which he concentrated most of his effort into Art. He created several piece of world famous art, including the moving water colour of a Russian Orphan girl. His work was praised by Damien Hurst himself and Kent received a grant which allowed him to continue his work.

In Year 11 he founded The Offline Net, a popular alternative to The Online Net. It would be this move that would lead to the creation of Kent’s, the most updated part of TON. While it is true to say Kent has not written as many articles as Jay or Rawson he has made some great contributions to the community. Such things include Community Football which he now runs. Kent is the third creator and as a result deserves some respect. It was about this time he launched www.orphan-online.com, the online adoption service.

But seriously if you don’t vote for Kent for any of the above reasons then you must accept that he is the greatest TON personality because he made Ollie Rush cry. So please Vote Kent. Cheers.
