Greatest TON Personality: Hendrix

Why you should vote for Hendrix, by Rusty

Robert Paul Hendy is known by many names: Rob, Hendu, Hendy, Hendrix, Robbie (by his mum). The sheer breadth of the names that this man is known by is surely a glimpse into what makes him worthy of the title 'Greatest TON Personality'.

A Brief history
According to my sources, Robert Hendy's life began as a baker in South Wales. He quickly rose up the food chain and started to work down the coalmines for 15 hours a day. Through sheer perseverance, he has managed to overcome every obstacle in his path (the major one being Bucklesham Primary School). After emerging from primary school with a raft of high grades, Hendy went through Kesgrave High continuing his overachievement while still seeming to radiate a high degree of laziness; this continues to this very day.

Projects
Not much was known about his previous netlife, except for a couple of websites, including one entry to the science museum. After being rejected by science, Hendy turned his attention to another project: TON.

Rob has been involved in TON from the start; He was one of the founding pair, with Jay being the other. Working hard at the blue and orange content, Rob confessed to make the pages in MS Word and using the power of notepad to cut out the 'Made in Word' tag- deviousness like this should really be applauded. As a member of The Online Net, Rob rates his proudness as a healthy eight out of ten.

However, being a member of TON didn't blunt this man's enthusiasm for all things wild and wacky. With as many ideas bubbling through this great mans head as a Jacuzzi, it was soon time for another idea: Emotion Hendrix was born. This project was financed by TON, and as such is still part of TON. With all his money worries behind him Hendy was free to do as he wished, and did so by not updating regularly.

Though this man's extravagance does not only limit itself to TON. Hendu may (or may not have) hacked into MSN accounts and pretended to be a lesbian; may (or may not have) ridiculed and mocked people for TON articles only to have certain areas cruelly censored by Jay. Though no doubt the previous paragraph will now be censored as well.

The Man Himself
Hendy sees himself as a fighter for all that is good and right; a crusader for a new TON server. This would, he says, allow for PHP and mySQL and therefore L.J. style updating.

His views on the other TON members were also recorded. Justin is "never online", Randy is "Jesus", Rawson is "past help", Ryan is "inseminating" (a comment which provoked an immediate response from the Walkers TM SquaresTM eating Ryan), Hardcastle is "overly excitable" and Rusty is "a living legend". Lawrence, though not a TON member, was verbally accused of being "useful, but bloody annoying".

Henduh states his proudest TON moment was on Saturday 24th, where the demand was so high for autographs that he had to go inside to get a pen. He also claims that Emotion Hendrix is in a state of "radical reformation".

Why Rob 'Hendrix' Hendy should be the Greatest TON Personality.
This man is what TON is all about: variety of talents, work when it is needed, LAN party capable house and, most importantly of all, the overall urge to stay up until 2am having conversations using MSN about absolute (as Walling would say) gobshite. Robert Hendy encapsulates everything that TON stands for and more. Vote for him and he may give you a mini-sized crunchie from 'The Hungry Goat'.

buried up to his neck in pebbles, Hendy still doesn't give in but now he does even pigeons aren't safe from the Hendrix
from an early age, Rob was a bit of a rebel
