Snow, or something alot like snow, usually comes around once every 12 months and even then it's not much to wait for, so I decided to find out just how shabby this countries snow is once and for all. To do this I would need to travel the globe collecting sample upon sample and putting them to scientific-type tests in the hope of finding something out. This however, couldn't be justified in the budget after Rawson spectacularly blew the network's savings under a week into the new year. No field trips this year lads.
Therefore the first thing to do was to collect photographic evidence of the snow that was available:
We can see the snow has actually pitched for once, and at time of writing has been there for 4-5 days. Unfortunately however it's pretty shit snow and no-one is much impressed; "this isn't snow, it's white-trash" they say; "billy bob thornton" they cry, "savage!". For my next investigation I needed to collect a sample of the snow in a jar but I was unable to find either within reaching distance of this chair so deemed it 'all a bit unnecessary'. I found most people say that snow is white, "as white as snow", 'snow white' etc, but in comparison to this page's background (#FFFFFF, or 'pure white') it's really not that great, not that great at all.
I predict that by the time you read this there will be no snow about, it would have been got for about a week and people like Kent will be saying "wait until we get to austria, there'll be snow there!".
I have also been considering the scientific nature of this phenomenom: now it has been said that snow falls upwards.. or was that lightening.. I don't know, either way it's not damn white and now it's all gone.
