Urgent Press Release
October 30th 2002 - from TON http://www.theonlinenet.co.uk/

the online net in KSF account-blocking scandal

Earlier today it came to our attention that several members of The Online Net and it's associates, amongst general riff raff, has been accused of abusing the KSF network and is likely to face extreme punishments such as having their account locked for 2 days, or until they realise they need their accounts to take Computing lessons.

The invididuals concerned shall not be named, however we will all stand by Rib, Rawson and Kent in their troubled times, in the knowledge that there actions were entirely honourable and all in the name of innocent comedy for all.

The activities that have been the cause of this 'outrage'? The use of a simple program used to send messages to users connected to the KSF network - a program created by Craig Shimmon, aka. 'Shimmsy', the loveable rebel who was denied entry to the sixth form for being too stupid.

We may cover this the future as more information becomes available, however it's only just more interesting than that time Davey Rand got called up for 'making a mockery' through email of an administrator on the first day of the new internal mail service being introduced.
