My spare time rather than being spent constructively or produtively has been spent watching movies, biopics, action thrillers, dramas, comedies i've dipped my proverbial rod in all of them and got a bite everytime. In an age where I can get virtually any song or movie I want very quickly and easily, exploitation is a word you should all be familiar with and a technique i've been using to get exactly what I want, when I want it. In total this month i've downed over 10 movies before their respective release dates in the UK, and the mixed emotions towards them are worth documenting (so i thought before starting this.. anyway).
the contestents of 'illegally downloaded movie of the month' are:
Black Hawk Down, Jeepers Creepers, Lord of the Rings, Monsters Inc., Oceans Eleven, Rat Race, Rock Star, Spy Game & Zoolander
The standard this month was pretty poor, and the other movies I managed to get my hands on aren't even going to be mentioned, and you shouldn't care.
Ignoring the media craze, and looking beneath the surface - this month's speciality picks have to be Rock Star and Spy Game. Both being very commendable movies that i'd recommend to all who meet the necessary age certificates. Lord of the Rings and Black Hawk Down both live up the hype surrounding them, and justify the large budgets behind them. Oceans Eleven lightens up the mood and much like Spy Game is a great all round movie. Jeepers Creepers, Rat Race and Zoolander are shocking movies, that should never have been released and i suggest you do some research, read some reviews and you'll find that this viewpoint is very common. Finally Monsters, Inc. does it exactly what it says on the tin,
but don't take my word for it, start illegally downloading movies today and together we can make a better world!
