Sleep
The Robe Wakes Up ..

Although some people would attempt to dispute it, sleep is a necessity for human well being. It must be noted that there can be extreme drawbacks from lack of sleep both over the short and long term.

Examples of short term tiredness are shown in such people as Ryan, it makes the subject perform in many comical ways, usually including excessive and uncontrollable laughing, clumsiness, and in it’s most brilliant form, ‘the ryanism’ – poor English communicational skills. This type of tiredness is usually brought back under control after a good slap round the chops, or promise of chocolate if a certain task is performed.
Long term tiredness is a completely different kettle of metaphorical fish, and in certain ways can be much more dangerous to a person affected. Examples of long term tiredness is shown in persons as myself where I demonstrate signs of loss of motivation, reduced productivity and uttermost knackeredness from the outside inwards. Long term tiredness can have other effects which have been illustrated on Mr Rawson, and revealed to theonlinenet by girlfriend and head girl, Robyn Moore, these are private matters and should not be disclosed to members of the public who would not be as sensitive as we at TON are.

Attempting to pondering why humans even need sleep I decided to conduct a bit of research into the subject of sleep, and whilst overturning a few stones I found out a few basic concepts about what some clever gits have come up with, and then I added my own for some extra words of text to fill your empty screen and hearts.

THEORY #A
Sleep evolved in humans a few million year back when Sizewell Nuclear power station and electric lights in general had not been invented. Sleep was a way of keeping us out of trouble, and more importantly, from hurting ourselves by running into possibly hazardous rocks and trees when they could not be seen with the naked eye.

THEORY #B
Sleep was invented by criminals to create a time to complete tasks that could not be done with people about, and so seen, and so possibly caught. This would have required a lot of DNA editing and transplanting, but i am sure that with the right people in the right places could be achieved without too much hassle.

THEORY #C
God was having a laugh, and so decided to put a large chunk of time into our lives that we can not use, and if is attempted to be used then we get knackered. This type of 'god' humour could be added to other strange and annoying things in life like testicles, and why they dangerously hang outside the body, and also laws of unluckyness such as 'sods law' which says that things decided by chance will probably go the oppisite way to nice.

In conclusion I can say that I need more sleep, but it is much more fun to stay up and laugh about stuff whilst wasting away my life infront of this PC.
